Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Theoretical calculations were performed of the atomization of molten nickel by a gas jet, and the results obtained were verified experimentally. Suitable process parameters were established for the manufacture of atomized nickel powders of various particle shapes.

    The technological and physical properties of the powders produced were investigated.
