Abstract

In rabbits immunized intraperitoneally with corpuscular typhoid vaccine the endogenous serum pyrogen formed in the animals in response to parenteral injection of the bacterial lipopolysaccharide pyrogenal increased the number of antibody-forming cells in the spleen.
