Conclusions

  1. 1.

The optimum conditions have been established for the preparation of pressing-quality copper powder of increased ductility from a sulfamate electrolyte.

  2. 2.

A study was made of the effect of heat treatment on the structure and properties of copper powders. It is shown that a powder subjected to heat treatment becomes more ductile. Heat treatment is particularly effective in the case of copper powder prepared from the sulfamate electrolyte.
