Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Experimental plots were constructed illustrating the effects of the degree of reduction, the number of layers, and the ratio of the warp and weft diameters, da/de, on the elongation and porosity of net compacts.

     
  2. 2.

    It was established that the critical reduction of a porous net compact is equal to the starting net prosrosity.

     
  3. 3.

    Three stages of deformation of a net compact — structural, structural-plastic, and plastic — were vealed.
