Summary
The paper describes a method based on the use of microorganisms for determination of the phagocytic power of the reticuloendothelial system; it is based on recording the number of microorganisms isolated from the blood after intravenous in jection. The method is recommended for a study of the effect of drugs on the reticuloendothelial system.
