Adhesion properties of plasma-deposited two-metal films on ceramics

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Films produced by the technique of plasma spraying of mixed copper-titanium and copper-zirconium powders in air have the structure of a mechanical mixture of metals and oxides.

  2. 2.

    The addition of titanium or tin powder to the original copper powder increases the adhesion of plasma-sprayed films to ceramics.
