Calculation of limiting conditions for the diffusion combustion of hydrogen-containing gas mixtures

  • Published:
Combustion, Explosion and Shock Waves Aims and scope

Abstract

A method is proposed for calculating the limiting conditions for the diffusion combustion of hydrogencontaining gas mixtures. The method allows one to determine the concentration of inert diluent at the combustion limit for a given nozzle velocity and diameter of the burner. The calculation results are compared with the corresponding experimental data.
