Summary
Following administration of O-aminoazotoluene and diethylaminoazobenzene subcutaneously to mice of the CC57 brown and O20 strains, marked sexual differences were revealed in the urinary excretion of these preparation. Female excretion of free carcinogen and of diethylaminoazobenzene is nearly twice as high as in males. No sexual differences were revealed in excretion of trypan blue and indigocarmine.
