Conclusions
-
1.
A method of determining the local values of porosities over the surface of flat porous materials is developed and experimentally checked.
-
2.
On the basis of experimental data it is shown that for the investigated materials the size of the initial particles and the thickness of the specimen do not have a noticeable effect on the uniformity of the porosity over the specimen's surface.
-
3.
As metallographic investigations showed, the uniformity of the porosity of flat specimens is determined mainly by technological factors in the manufacture of the materials.
