Investigation of cermet friction materials in Czechoslovakia

  • Published:
Soviet Powder Metallurgy and Metal Ceramics Aims and scope

Conclusions

In this article we have shown the basic directions of Czech investigations in the area of cermet friction materials. The introduction of friction materials into production in a quantity and variety corresponding to Czech standards is a result of these studies. The experiments have helped to achieve world standards for these materials. Work to improve them is continuing.
