    The diffusion mobility of carbon in vanadium carbide VC0.75 and titanium carbide TiC0.4 has been studied.

     
  2. 2.

    The temperature dependence of the diffusion coefficients of carbon have been obtained: for VC0.75 (1770–2170°K) {ie309-01}; for TiC0.4 (2050–2380°K) (ie309-02).
