Effect of heat treatment on properties of alloy NT25A5

Conclusions

Vacuum annealing at 700° for 15 h substantially improves the elastic limit, microhardness, and modulus of elasticity of niobium alloy NT25A5. The electrical resistivity of the alloy changes negligibly under these conditions.
