Chemical properties of sintered filters manufactured from spongy titanium wastes

Summary

The possibility is shown of using small fractions of spongy titanium, which are waste products in the magnesiothermal production of titanium for manufacturing sintered filters. The authors show the possibility and expedience of using titanium filters for filtering liquid magnesium, as well as for the filtration of titanium tetrachloride.
