Conclusions
A study has been made, for the first time, of the effect of temperature on the electrical resistivity and Hall effect of lanthanum, cerium, neodymium, and yttrium germanides.
It has been noted that, at elevated temperatures, the type of conductivity changes from metallic to semiconducting.
The absolute values of electrical resistivity are a maximum for the phases Me5Ge3.
