The electron structure of silicides

  • Published:
Soviet Powder Metallurgy and Metal Ceramics Aims and scope

Summary

The physical properties of disilicides of transition metals are studied, and conclusions are drawn as to the nature of filling of the energy states during the formation of these compounds. The role of silicon atoms in the formation of chemical bonds is shown.
