  • Published:
Strength of Materials Aims and scope

Abstract

The article investigates the influence of the strain rate and of the temperature on the mechanical properties of steel 20. It suggests a model of dynamic strain aging (DSA) at high strain rates based on the interaction of thermally activated dislocations with mobile atoms of the admixture.
