Synthesis of derivatives of 5-(indolyl)-oxyacetic acid

Abstract

Some derivatives of aryloxyacetic acids are of interest as medicinals. Thus atsefen (lytsidril) has found use in the treatment of nervous and psychic disorders and disorders of the endocrine system [1]. Consequently, the search for medicinal preparations in the field of 5-indolyloxyacetic acid derivatives seemed worthy of attention.
