Spectrophotometric determination of furocoumarins in the seeds of Ammi majus L.

Abstract

A spectrophotometric method for determining isopimpinellin, bergapten, and xanthotoxin in the seeds ofAmmi majus L. was developed. The method is characterized by good reproducibility and accuracy.
