Abstract

The results are presented of a calculation-experimental investigation of the thermal, stressed and strained, and limiting conditions of 5KhNM and 5Kh2MNAF steel punches used in hot forming processes. Data of variations of calculation for pure force and thermal action and also for the case of combined and thermomechanical loading is analyzed. The increase in the operating parameters for punches of nitrided 5Kh2MNFA steel is substantiated.
