Conclusions
Starting with 3-phenylpyrrolidine, we synthesized a series of aminoketones, derivatives of butyro-, valero-, and caprophenones, and quaternary spiropyrrolidines. The aminoketones showed adrenolytic and nicotinolytic activity.
