Abstract

Two workshops on cryogenic techniques were held as part of SYQFAS-95, one dealing with dilution refrigeration and SQUIDS, the other focused on closed-cycle cooling systems. Each consisted of several presentations by companies working in the field, one or two contributions by individuals, and some useful discussion and comment from the audience. This report is a brief summary of the material discussed in these two sessions.
