Abstract
The magnetic susceptibility of two-dimensional liquid3He adsorbed on graphite has been measured by NMR techniques for submonolayer and second layer coverages in a large temperature range around the Fermi temperature. The susceptibility enhancement factor determined in the vicinity of second layer solidification is larger than that found in the bulk liquid at high pressures. The results are discussed in the framework of the quasi-localized and the paramagnon models of liquid3He.
