Dear Comrades.

We, the blooming operatives of the Petrovskii Metallurgical Works, after talking things over, decided to report on our work in the pages of Metallurg. Our experience may be of some interest to the blooming collectives of other enterprises. For our part, we would ask our comrades—foremen, operatives, and rollermen—towrite in the above journal and to report on their progress, problems, and experience. We are convinced that such an exchange of ideas will benefit the industry.
