Histochemistry and Cell Biology Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

After a summary of the theory, some complementary techniques are given (measurement of the area, selection of wavelengths, overall performance of the apparatus), in order to insure, at the factual level, the theoretical accuracy of the two-wavelength method of microspectrophotometry.
