Zusammenfassung
Es wurden röntgenhistoradiographische Trockengewichtsbestimmungen nach einmaliger Festlegung eines Gewichtsäquivalentes ohne Referenzsystem durchgeführt. Dazu werden alle Präparate mit einem konstant gehaltenen Röntgenspektrum belichtet. Durch genaue Analyse der Zeitschwärzungskurve für die verwandte Emulsion ist es möglich, die Röntgenabsorption des auf dem Film abgebildeten Gewebes aus der Filmschwärzung zu bestimmen. Da aus einer 9×12-Platte über 150 Platten der benötigten Größe geschnitten werden können, ist ein langes Arbeiten mit der gleichen Emulsionsnummer gewährleistet.
Mit Hilfe eines einmal festgelegten Gewichtsäquivalentes wird dann das Trockengewicht berechnet. Dadurch sind quantitative Untersuchungen auch mit dem kleinen vonCombée undEngström gebauten, einfach zu handhabenden Philips-Historadiographen CMR 5 möglich, der bisher nur für qualitative Untersuchungen Verwendung fand. An kleinen biologischen Objekten mit einem Trockengewicht von 10×10−12 g konnte die Reproduzierbarkeit der Messungen gezeigt werden.
