In the article “Organization of production quality control” by N. P. Inozemtsev, Ia. I. Sokol, I. F. Rysev, D. A. Tarasenko, and S. I. Zamiatin, published in the “Metallurgist” No. 9, 1957, the problem of OTK staff reduction and of the increased responsibility of plant personnel was raised. We publish here a reply to this article.
