Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The application of concentrated solar energy makes it possible to carry out local heat treatment of assemblies and parts without overall heating.

     
  2. 2.

    The ductility of near-surface parts of steel subjected to local heat treatment is greater, other properties being equal, than the ductility of steel after standard heat treatment.
