Conclusions

Industrial tests on the continuous method of paraffin oxidation carried out in the “Twelfth Meeting of the Communist Party USSR” Ufa Oil Refinery have shown that the output of the columns can be doubled without deterioration of the product quality owing to change-over to the new hydrodynamic regime.

The continuous oxidation process is easily controlled and may be conpletely automated.
