An analytical equation for the statics of continuous production of oxidized bitumens

  • Published:
Chemistry and Technology of Fuels and Oils Aims and scope

Conclusions

Equations are derived for the statics of continuous oxidation of bitumen in a one-flow vertical tube reactor with recirculation. They can be used in designing the process plant and for analyzing the system in case of unplanned problems.
