Summary

A study was made on the possible influence of extraR 3-genes on the resistance to the physiologic racep 3 (=(3)) ofPhythophthora infestans. The data allowed of the conclusion that such an influence could be small only, not exceeding small differences in the average degree of field resistance existing between the groups of simplex, duplex and triplex plants.
