Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The new reference fuels gave satisfactory reproducibility of ON determination on equipments IT9-1.

  2. 2.

    The reference fuels given in Table 2, are recommended in place of the commercial fuels currently used for use in GOST 3338-61 for checking the operational suitability of equipments IT9-1. The operational suitability of equipments IT9-1 should be considered satisfactory if the deviation from rated ON is within ± 2 ON numbers.
