Davydov, senior scientific worker, in the technoeconomic studies laboratory of the All-Union Scientific Research Institute for Petroleum and Gas Processing and for the Production of Liquid Synthetic Fuel took part in the treatment of the problems of petroleum-product pricing and their effect on the basicplant utilization indices. M. I. Rimer, Assistant Professor at the Kuibyshev Planning Institute, took part in the treatment of the problems of deeper crude-processing, product quality improvement, and determination of the effect of changes in individual factors on the increase in fund-returns index.
