Conclusions

  1. 1.

    To ensure satisfactory mechanical properties in an AShNTs-1 catalyst with a minimum degree of cracking during the drying process, the conditions for its dehydration should be considerably milder than those used for an aluminosilicate catalyst

     
  2. 2.

    The influence of the surface-active substance OP-7 for the prevention of cracking of grains of AShNTs-1 catalyst is more effective the lower the content of zeolite in the catalyst.

     
  3. 3.

    Based on the experiments made, a set of drying conditions was determined which is close to the optimal; the parameters are the following: t8=142°C; τ=5.3 h; H=82 mm.
