Conclusions
-
1.
We studied the effect of refining the esters of crude dicarboxylic acids from the impurities of carbonyl and unsaturated compounds on their physicochemical properties and thermal-oxidation stability.
-
2.
It has been shown that the di-2-ethylhexyl esters of refined dicarboxylic acids are not inferior to dioctyl sebacate in physicochemical characteristics, antiwear properties, and thermal-oxidation stability.
