Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Western Siberian petroleum is good crude stock for the production of the majority of types of fuels and lubricating oils.

  2. 2.

    In order to produce high quality output and to increase technical and economic factors, separate transportation and refining is required for Shaimsk, Ust-Balik petroleum, and mixtures of petroleum from the Nizhnevartovsk anticline, having constant make-up.

  3. 3.

    The refining of Western Siberian petroleums involves a number of particular features which must be studied when an undertaking goes over to refining these petroleum oils.
