Conclusions

• 1. Western Siberian petroleum is good crude stock for the production of the majority of types of fuels and lubricating oils.

• 2. In order to produce high quality output and to increase technical and economic factors, separate transportation and refining is required for Shaimsk, Ust-Balik petroleum, and mixtures of petroleum from the Nizhnevartovsk anticline, having constant make-up.

• 3. The refining of Western Siberian petroleums involves a number of particular features which must be studied when an undertaking goes over to refining these petroleum oils.
