Nomograms for the calculation of structural group composition of hydrocarbon fuels and oils

  • Published:
Chemistry and Technology of Fuels and Oils Aims and scope

Conclusions

Nomograms are presented for the rapid calculation of the structural group composition of hydrocarbon fuels and oils by the G-L method, incorporating improved corrections for the amount of sulfur in the sample. The error of the method is ±7%, taking into account the assumptions on which the method is based.
