Conclusions

It is shown that Mangyshlak petroleums can be used for comprehensive manufacture of lube oils with viscosity indices of 100 or more and of paraffins and ceresines by a scheme, adopted in Soviet plants, which includes hydrofining.

The manufacture of high-viscosity oils from Mangyshlak petroleums can be organized in certain existing refineries after redesigning and reequipment of the lube oil installations, or in new refineries.
