Conclusions
-
1.
A modified industrial flowsheet for a unit for the secondary distillation of gasoline has been verified under industrial conditions.
-
2.
In the selection of an industrial flowsheet for the secondary refining of gasolines, it is preferable to carry out preliminary debutanization of the feedstock in an enlarged stabilization block, followed by sharp rectification.
-
3.
The main sub-assemblies for regulation of the rectification columns, i.e., regulation of the temperature of the characteristic trays, permit obtaining the greatest sharpness in separation of the fractions.
-
4.
The introduction of the above set of measures is of considerable economic advantage.
