Catalytic cracking of the 400–450°C fraction of stavropol'skii petroleum on the AShNTs-3 zeolite-containing catalyst

  • Published:
Chemistry and Technology of Fuels and Oils Aims and scope

Conclusions

  1. 1.

The catalytic cracking of the 400–450°C fraction of Stavropol'skii petroleum on a zeolite-containing catalyst takes place with an increased degree of conversion of the raw material and a markedly greater yield of the naphtha fraction as compared with cracking on an alumosilicate catalyst.

  2. 2.

For the same cracking conditions (temperature of 475°C flow rate for adding the raw material 1.2 h−1), the activity of the zeolite containing catalyst with respect to the naphtha is 16% by weight higher than the activity of the alumosilicate catalyst.
