1.
Some of the physicochemical properties of acid catalyst in the process of alkylating isobutane with butylenes have been studied. Regression equations have been obtained which permit one to quantitatively evaluate the effect of density, kinematic viscosity, and amount of organic impurities on the titratable acidity value.

2.
The desirability of using the C=f (tsol) or C=f (v) dependences for operational control of the sulfuric acid alkylation process has been shown.
