Abstract

This case study illustrates a planning and design model for rehabilitation services in the day treatment programs of a large community mental health system. The process is a data-driven, logico-deductive methodology. Application to other service delivery systems appears feasible. Suggestions are made to assist in the customization of this process in a variety of settings.
