Zusammenfassung
Es wurden histochemische Untersuchungen der quergestreiften Muskelfasern an 7 manganvergifteten und 6 Kontrollkaninchen durchgeführt. Die Vergiftung wurde durch intravenöse Injektionen von 3,5 mg Mangan pro kg Körpergewicht als MnCl24H2O 32 Tage lang durchgeführt.
Die Untersuchungen haben einen deutlichen Aktivitätsabfall der Bernsteinsäuredehydrogenase, einen weniger starken DPNH-Diaphorase-Aktivitätsabfall, eine deutliche Verminderung der alkalischen Phosphatasereaktion, eine nicht eindeutige Senkung der Aktivität der ATP-ase des Sarkolemm wie auch des Sarkoplasma und des Endothels der Blutgefäße und gleichzeitig einen Anstieg der Aktivität der sauren Desoxyribonuklease aufgewiesen.
