Additional information
In 1972, Dr. Shore was Professor of Psychiatry at Tufts University School of Medicine and Associate Dean for Community Affairs as well as Director for Community Health and Ambulatory Care at the New England Medical Center Hospital. In 1975, he was appointed Bullard Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. From 1975 to 1993, he was superintendent of the Massachusetts Mental Health Center. He is currently Scholar in Residence at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Dr. Shore serves as consultant to a number of community agencies, clinics, and hospitals.
