Conclusions

1.
Mathematical models were obtained for the process of carburizing steels R6M5 and R6M5K5 in gas carburizer of the endothermal gas + natural gas type.
-
2.
The optima parameters of gas carburizing were determined: a) for steel R6M5: 1150\dg, 7% CH4 in carturizer consisting of endothermal gas + natural gas, 4 h; b) for steel R6M5K5: 1150\dg, 3% CH4, 8 h.
These conditions ensured 90% conformity of the structure.
-
3.
For combined carburizing of both steels we recommend the following parameters: 1150\dg, 3% CH4, 6 h.
