Conclusions

  1. 1.

The nature of interaction in the system M-Ex′E″y can be described on thermodynamic basics by rules applicable to all M-Ex′E″y systems, independent of the chemical composition of of the gas molecule (SO2, CxOy, NxOy, H2O, H2S, NH3, CH4).

  2. 2.

In order to assess the effects of the chemical composition of the metal system and the composition, temperature, and gas type E′xE″y pressure on the interaction process is the M-E′xE″y system, use of the reaction equations (0)–(4) and diagrams of the\(K_p - P_{E_x 'E_y }\) type is proposed.
