The high-eccentricity libration of the Hildas II. Synthetic-theory approach

Abstract

The use of precise numerical integrations and Fourier analysis techniques allowed us an investigation of the regular motions of asteroids near the 3:2 resonance with Jupiter (Hildas). The results are shown and compared to similar results previously obtained with analytical models.
