  • Published:
Russian Chemical Bulletin Aims and scope

Abstract

The effect of the ligand and the metal on the volatility of complexes that are used to obtain Y-Ba-Cu-O and Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconducting films by chemical vaporphase deposition method are considered. The thermodynamic parameters of evaporation of these compounds, their heat and temperature of sublimation, and the conditions of thermal decomposition and storage are presented.
