Extension of frequency measurements with Schottky diodes to the 4 THz range

Abstract

The 11th harmonic mixing signals between a 386 GHz oscillator and a 4.25 THz laser with a signal to noise ratio of 25 dB in 100 kHz bandwidth have been obtained with a Schottky diode.
