Résumé
Les propriétés mécaniques pulmonaires sont étudiées avant et après hyperventilation volontaire amenant une chute de la PACO2.
Une augmentation des résistances des voies respiratoires au courant aérien est ainsi mise en évidence, sans variation de compliance ni apparition d'asynchronisme ventilatoire.
L'origine de ces modifications est discutée et une hypothèse permettant d'expliquer la répartition de la ventilation dans les différentes régions pulmonaires est présentée.
