Über die Formen der congenitalen Poikilodermie

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Die sogenannten congenitalen Poikilodermien, die bei der Geburt vorhanden sind oder im Kindesalter auftreten, sind von anderen Poikilodermieformen abzugrenzen. — Die einheitliche Bezeichnung als “kongenitale Poikilodermien” wäre günstig, da die zahlreichen Nomenklaturen in der Literatur verwirrend wirken.

  2. 2.

    Die kongenitalen Poikilodermien sind hereditär — keimplasmatisch bedingte Symptome variabler Defektsyndrome. — Es lassen sich zwei Gruppen differenzieren, die sich sowohl morphologisch wie auch durch den Zeitpunkt des Auftretens unterscheiden.

    Zusammenstellung der Defekte und Mißbildungen, die häufig gleichzeitig mit kongenitalen Poikilodermien gefunden werden.

    Fallbericht.

  5. 5.

    Besprechung der geschilderten Beobachtung, bei der einige neuartige Befunde erhoben wurden, und die den Schluß zuläßt, daß es sich um ein hereditäres Leiden mit dominantem, inkomplett penetrierendem Erbgang handelt.
